Be the spark of change and
become an HR Catalyst.

It’s time for HR to stop being the order-taker
& start leading conversations that influence direction.

In 2020, with so much chaos and disruption Leaders need a safe yet challenging pair of hands in the form of a sidekick, partner, coach, advisor, confidant and a trusted colleague who really gets what’s going on for them in their world - someone who understands what they’re trying to achieve and has savvy ways to help them better achieve that vision.

The HR Catalyst

A program designed specifically for People & Culture practitioners who are:

  • wondering “what’s next?”

  • tired of traditional training courses but have a burning desire to change how HR happens in their organisation.

  • unsettled by thoughts like “perhaps we don’t practice what we preach?”

  • told they have untapped potential and want to be/do/have more in the field of HR

  • thinking we don’t need more HR Strategists but HR Catalysts who can influence outcomes across the organisation.

The learnings we’ve already gained through embarking on our HR Catalyst journey in the last few months have been invaluable and served us well during this tumultuous time. We are operating as a cohesive, collaborative team who are able to quickly adapt and unattach from our previous ways of working, focus on what’s needed, let go of what we don’t need, and look for the infinite opportunities that this upheaval have provided.
